The area where Mr. D. lives, and where he was stung by bees, is located on Tran Trung Quang Street (Hung Loc).

Accordingly, the person who died from a wasp sting was Mr. TBD (31 years old), an employee of a bank working in Vinh City.

According to residents of My Ha hamlet, Hung Loc commune (Vinh City), who are neighbors of Mr. D., on the morning of November 5th, Mr. TBD was preparing to go to work when he discovered a bee in his trouser leg. Immediately, Mr. D. went to a nearby neighbor's house to find a way to catch the bee, kill it, and throw it in the garden.

According to many people's descriptions, this bee is quite large and is suspected to be a wasp.

Afterward, Mr. D. bought painkillers and went to work as usual. About 15 minutes later, his colleagues found him collapsed at his desk. Mr. D. was taken to the Nghe An Provincial Friendship General Hospital for emergency treatment and has since regained consciousness.

Around 11:00 AM on November 5th, relatives visited him at the hospital, but he complained of feeling very unwell. According to doctors at the Intensive Care and Toxicology Department of the Provincial Friendship General Hospital, when he was brought in for emergency treatment, patient D. was still conscious, but by the afternoon his blood pressure had dropped very rapidly. It is known that Mr. D. has a wife and a 3-year-old son. Previously, Mr. TBD had a history of heart disease.

Wasps, also known as hornets or devil wasps, typically build their nests on trees, rooftops, pillars, etc. These nests have patterns resembling wood grain, are gourd-shaped, or are large blocks with only one opening for the wasps to enter and exit. These wasps are very aggressive.

According to research, this wasp is highly toxic. A wasp sting can easily cause skin damage, leaving wounds and scars in the affected area. It is toxic to muscles, kidneys, and blood, and is particularly fatal to humans. Livestock that are stung multiple times by this wasp can also die.
