Luxembourg Prime Minister hospitalized with severe Covid-19
Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel was hospitalized on July 5 after contracting Covid-19.
In a statement, the Luxembourg government said the prime minister had persistent symptoms, insufficient blood oxygen saturation and had been hospitalized in a serious condition with Covid-19. The prime minister's health condition is assessed as serious but stable.

The Prime Minister will continue to run government work remotely during his treatment, the statement said.
