Mai Ngo competes in Miss Universe Vietnam for the second time

The Face 2016 runner-up unexpectedly registered to participate in the Southern preliminary round of Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 in Ho Chi Minh City on the afternoon of September 10 without prior notice.
