On the morning of March 3, at the 2025 training launch ceremony, officers and soldiers of the Reconnaissance - Mechanized Company of Nghe An Provincial Military Command; the Special Reconnaissance Force of Nghe An Provincial Border Guard and the North Central Mobile Police Regiment coordinated to organize martial arts and qigong performances.
