Man Utd vs Tottenham and other exciting matches this weekend
Mourinho and his team will have a difficult away trip to London. In Italy, Roma will face AC Milan for second place.

Arsenal - Stoke(10pm Saturday, December 10): Stoke have caused trouble for Arsenal many times, but that has never happened at the Emirates.
Since being promoted to the Premier League in 2008, Stoke have lost all eight of their last eight away games at Arsenal. Mark Hughes' side are in good form, having lost just one of their last nine games. However, Arsenal are in even better shape.
Arsene Wenger's team just finished the Champions League group stage in first place thanks to a victory away to Swiss team Basel. In the Premier League, Arsenal are on a 13-match unbeaten streak.

Leicester - Man City(0:30 Sunday, December 11): Sergio Aguero begins serving his four-match ban. Kelechi Iheanacho will likely replace the Argentine striker to lead the attack.
Iheanacho has been impressive every time he has been selected for the starting line-up. He has scored five goals in his last five games. In the Champions League in midweek, Iheanacho scored in a 1-1 draw with Celtic.
Last season, victory at the Etihad secured Leicester the title. However, the circumstances of this weekend's clash are completely different. Claudio Ranieri's side could even go into this game in the relegation zone if Hull and Sunderland win their previous games.

Chelsea - West Brom(7:00 p.m. Sunday, December 11): Antonio Conte's team has not lost a match in the Premier League since September.
That impressive form has kept them firmly at the top with a three-point lead over Arsenal. Normally, playing West Brom at Stamford Bridge is not a particularly worrying encounter for Chelsea.
However, Tony Pulis's men have been a surprise package this season. They have 20 points from their first 14 games, West Brom's second-best start in Premier League history. If they can control Eden Hazard, who is looking for his 50th Premier League goal, and Diego Costa, West Brom could be looking to pick up points away from the leaders.

Man Utd - Tottenham(9:15 p.m. Sunday, December 11): Whether Toby Alderweireld plays in this match or not will greatly affect Tottenham's performance.
The Belgian defender has missed 10 games through injury, with Tottenham winning just two of those. Alderweireld returned to the squad for the Champions League clash with CSKA Moscow, but will Mauricio Pochettino risk starting him in this game when he is still recovering from injury?
Alderweireld will be a key player in the defence, helping Tottenham stop Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Since the 2012-13 season, the Swedish striker has scored 71 goals in 70 home games. Ibrahimovic has also scored in the Europa League, so Tottenham will definitely see him as a target to block.

Liverpool - West Ham(11:30 p.m. Sunday, December 11): Liverpool is the team with the strongest attack in the tournament with 35 goals after 14 matches.
Meanwhile, West Ham have conceded more goals than any other team this season, dropping 10 points despite being in the lead. The game against Liverpool is the final of a difficult four weeks for Slaven Bilic's side. In the past three weeks, they have faced Tottenham, Man Utd and Arsenal and have only picked up one point at Old Trafford.
West Ham's problem is that their defence often loses focus, leading to situations where they "shoot themselves in the foot". West Ham have made the most individual errors leading to goals this season (six). Liverpool's attack, despite missing Philippe Coutinho, is still devastating enough to crush West Ham, if Bilic doesn't improve his defensive ability.

Torino - Juventus(9pm Sunday, December 11): Torino hope their recent good form will help them beat their city rivals.
The home team have won three of their last four Serie A games. However, they suffered a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Sampdoria in the previous round, so Torino need a good performance to regain their inspiration.
In previous encounters, Juventus often dominated Torino. After a surprising 1-3 defeat at the hands of Genoa, Max Allegri's team regained their winning smile by defeating Atalanta in the last round. What worries the home team is that Gonzalo Higuain has just found his scoring touch again when he scored against Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League. It was a goal that relieved the Argentine striker after four consecutive matches without a goal.

Roma - AC Milan(3am Tuesday, December 13): The confrontation between two representatives from two big cities in Italy will be more exciting as both are in good form.
Roma and AC Milan are level on points, four points behind Juventus. Roma are second on goal difference. A win would see Milan leapfrog their rivals. In form, Vincenzo Montella's side have won four and drawn one of their last five games.
The recent rise of AC Milan has been a challenge for Roma after they "cut the tail" of Napoli. Roma's last defeat was against Atalanta on November 20. However, the home team will be at a physical disadvantage, as they have to travel to Romania to play Europa League on December 8.

Bayern Munich - Wolfsburg(9:30 p.m. Saturday, December 10): Mario Gomez's return to Allianz Arena promises to be difficult.
The German international returned to the Bundesliga this summer after a three-year absence, but has yet to show his goalscoring ability. Gomez has scored just three goals in 12 appearances, which is partly why Wolfsburg are currently in a disappointing 15th place.
Meanwhile, the player who played in Gomez's former position at Bayern, Robert Lewandowski, is in great form. In the match against Wolfsburg on September 22nd last year at the Allianz Arena, Lewandowski broke four Guinness World Records by scoring five goals in nine minutes after coming on. Those goals not only helped Bayern come from behind to win 5-1 but also made the Polish striker's name in history. Lewandowski is certainly a nightmare for the Wolfsburg defense.

PSG - Nice(2:45 a.m. Monday, December 12): A match worth looking forward to when the defending champions welcome the phenomenon of this year's Ligue 1 season.
PSG are under heavy pressure ahead of this match as they were held to a draw by Ludogorets, which cost them the top spot in their Champions League group. Last weekend, PSG surprisingly lost 0-3 to Montpellier, a result that ended their 12-match unbeaten streak.
Those two poor results saw PSG overtaken by Monaco in Ligue 1 and Arsenal take top spot in their Champions League group. Manager Unai Emery is facing a lot of criticism, and a defeat to leaders Nice could put his job in jeopardy.

Osasuna - Barca(7:00 p.m. Saturday, December 10): Barca is desperate for points after three consecutive draws in La Liga.
Fortunately for Luis Enrique's team, Sevilla unexpectedly lost to Granada in the previous round, and Atletico Madrid were held to a draw by Espanyol. Thanks to that, Barca did not lose their second place in the table. This weekend, playing away at the bottom team Osasuna is an opportunity for Messi and his teammates to relax.
Enrique rested several key players in the 4-0 win over Monchengladbach in the Champions League in midweek. With the Champions League set to return next year, Barca will focus on La Liga from this match. Enrique has just written to nine young players from the Barca B team to train with the first team, so there could be some new faces.

Real Madrid - Deportivo(2:45 a.m. Sunday, December 11): Real continues to be the only unbeaten team in La Liga after holding Barca to a 1-1 draw at Nou Camp in the previous round.
Deportivo, who are currently 16th with 13 points from 14 games, are unlikely to be the side to stop that impressive run. Last time out, Deportivo ended their winless run by thrashing Real Sociedad 5-1. However, they are still facing the reality of being just one point above the relegation zone.
Gareth Bale will continue to miss out through injury. Casemiro and Toni Kroos have recovered and could be in the starting line-up. Mateo Kovacic, a key player who missed the 2-2 draw with Dortmund in the Champions League, is also likely to return.

Villarreal - Atletico Madrid(2:45 a.m. Tuesday, December 13): The draw with Espanyol in the previous round caused Diego Simeone and his team to miss the opportunity to narrow the gap with the leading group.
Next, a 0-1 defeat to Bayern Munich ended their winning streak in the Champions League. Therefore, Atletico is not mentally prepared for the away match at El Madrigal this weekend.
Filipe Luis is likely to remain sidelined through injury, with French youngster Lucas set to step in. Juanfran returns on the right wing. For the home side, Samu Castillejo and Mateo Musacchio are both hamstrings out and will miss out.
Before this match, Atletico held a ceremony to celebrate the new name of their home stadium. From now on, the Vicente Calderon stadium will be renamed Wanda Metropolitano. Wanda is the name of the Chinese corporation that owns 20% of the team's shares.
