MASAN awarded 120 million VND in STF - Pham Phu Thu scholarships to Quy Hop students

On the afternoon of April 19, the STF PPT Scholarship Program under the Saigon Times Foundation (STF) in collaboration with Masan Nutri-Science Joint Stock Company - a member of Masan Group and the Department of Education of Quy Hop District organized a ceremony to award 120 million VND in scholarships to 40 ethnic minority students with especially difficult circumstances in Ha Son commune, Quy Hop.

Speaking at the ceremony, the leader of Masan Nutri-Science Joint Stock Company said that this is the next activity in the long-term commitment to create and support an educational foundation for students who are facing many difficulties but always strive to improve their lives and become good citizens for society.

Also in this series of activities, previously on April 14, 2017 in Dai Tu district, Thai Nguyen province - the program also awarded 40 scholarships, worth 120 million VND to students in difficult circumstances with good academic achievements..
The STF Pham Phu Thu Scholarship Program is a key program in a series of activities to implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) - one of the top important issues in the sustainable development strategy orientation of Masan Group.

To date, the program has provided over 100 scholarships and provided essential learning equipment for schools in remote areas lacking teaching and learning facilities. In 2017, the program will award over 500 scholarships to disadvantaged students in provinces and cities across the country.
