Tan Binh District Police (HCMC) in coordination with Ward 14 Police recently raided Dieu Thuyen massage parlor on Dong Den Street and discovered many female attendants sexually stimulating male customers in 3 VIP rooms.
This facility has no license, operates from 9am to dawn the next day, and has 9 VIP rooms. The listed prices for services range from 1 to 13 million VND. Of which, the most expensive "special king" VIP ticket will have guests served by 4 female staff at the same time for 3 hours.
The female employees said that the customers who come are usually rich. They will suggest that the customers "relax" with service packages, the higher the price, the more "pretty girls" will serve. The girls are tipped at least 500,000 VND but must pay 5% to the massage establishment owner.
