(Baonghean.vn) - Due to the impact of Typhoon No. 2, the entire province is experiencing power outages. The electricity sector is making efforts to restore power. However, it is not yet possible to confirm when the power supply can be restored.

Typhoon No. 2 passed through Nghe An province with wind gusts exceeding level 10 in the early morning of July 17th. Many power infrastructure and utility poles were damaged or collapsed. This was except for six mountainous districts that have access to the power grid: Ky Son, Tuong Duong, Con Cuong, Quy Hop, Quy Chau, and Que Phong.

The power sector is making every effort to restore power. However, due to numerous collapsed structures, complex terrain, and heavy rain after the storm, it is not yet possible to confirm when the power grid will be restored to the entire province.
