(Baonghean.vn) - Participating in giving opinions on the reports of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee participating in Party and government building, many opinions suggested that the province pay attention and have solutions to resolve many "bottlenecks".

In preparation for the mid-year meeting of the Provincial People's Council in 2023, on the afternoon of June 21, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee held a conference to collect comments and feedback on two draft reports summarizing voters' opinions and recommendations and the Notice on the activities of the Provincial Fatherland Front participating in government building and the opinions and recommendations of the People, proposing and recommending necessary issues to the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee.

To ensure that the reports of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee at the upcoming Provincial People's Council meeting are of high quality, accurately reflect public opinion and make recommendations and proposals on practical difficulties, obstacles and "bottlenecks"; at the conference, opinions contributed many key contents.

The issue that many opinions are concerned about is the difficulties of enterprises; including the implementation of Decree 136 of the Government and the inspection, examination and supervision of sectors and agencies, the slow disbursement of investment capital for works and projects... There are opinions suggesting that the province needs to review and count the enterprises that have stopped operating in the first 6 months of the year to have solutions to remove difficulties for enterprises.

Some opinions suggested that the province should have solutions to create more positive changes in administrative reform, raising the sense of responsibility of cadres and civil servants in the political system at all levels. Along with that, the province needs to re-evaluate the activities of the provincial Public Administration Center and consider whether to continue maintaining the center's operations when digital transformation is being strongly implemented.

Many inadequacies and concerns in social life have been repeatedly raised by voters and have not been resolved. It is recommended that the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee have more drastic solutions, such as: Regarding compensation support for the National Highway 1A project; people's livelihood issues and implementation of policies from the Ban Ve and Hua Na hydropower projects; treatment of domestic waste, etc.

Regarding recommendations and proposals, the conference participants also raised many opinions for the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee to pay attention to solutions to remove "bottlenecks" and promote the overall development of the province. Such as the need to strengthen inspection, direction, and urging departments, branches, and localities to speed up the implementation of key programs, projects, plans, and works; especially the three national target programs on new rural construction, sustainable poverty reduction, and development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

The province needs to study and issue policies on energy development to meet the production and living needs of the people, especially in the current climate change conditions with increasingly hot temperatures.

Pay attention to arranging and reorganizing school and class models to ensure suitability; food hygiene and safety management inside and outside schools; anti-corruption, anti-waste, thrift practice, etc.

The province also needs to have solutions to overcome the situation of pushing, avoiding, fearing responsibility, stagnation, and ineffective work handling by a number of cadres, civil servants, and public employees.

Based on the opinions of representatives of socio-political organizations, members of the advisory councils of the Fatherland Front and experts in a number of fields, together with the synthesis of public opinion and voters' opinions and recommendations from localities in the province, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee will study and screen to select key issues to send to the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee at the mid-2023 Provincial People's Council meeting.

In the first 6 months of 2023, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province coordinated to organize meetings with voters before and after the National Assembly and People's Council sessions at all levels; synthesized more than 1,900 opinions and recommendations from the people for consideration and resolution by Party committees and authorities at all levels.
