The Provincial Fatherland Front organizes exams for cadres and civil servants

Speaking at the exam, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee emphasized: Although the teamofficials and civil servantsAll agencies are formally and systematically trained, however, to meet the increasingly high requirements of professional tasks, each person must always be conscious of making efforts, self-studying, and improving professional skills, with the aim of performing well their daily work tasks.

Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh also affirmed that the resultsexaminationwill be associated with the work of evaluating and classifying cadres and civil servants at the end of the year, and at the same time rearranging the organizational structure and job positions to suit the qualifications and practical capacity of each person.

From the above purpose, this year's examination was organized by the Committee.Vietnam Fatherland FrontVietnam Nghe An province innovates, instead of interviewing each person, each cadre and civil servant on the basis of their position and job proactively advises, proposes ideas and initiatives according to their expertise.

In addition, the Emulation Council of the unit will give a specific situation for the staff to solve. That is the basis for the Emulation Council of the agency to independently evaluate and score.

The examination of cadres and civil servants will be organized annually by the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province.
