(Baonghean.vn) -At 10 PM on May 13th, due to a lapse in security, a thief broke into the rented room of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vuong (Hamlet 18C, Nghi Lien, Vinh City) and stole a laptop worth approximately 18 million VND.

Earlier that day, at 9:00 AM, Ms. Vo Thi Suong (born in 1982, residing in Block 3, Ha Huy Tap Ward, Vinh City) parked her motorbike at the garage of the Department of Information and Communications when a thief broke into the motorbike's storage compartment and stole a wallet containing 25 million VND in cash, a mobile phone, and some personal documents.

Currently, these incidents have been reported to the Vinh City Police for investigation.
