Previously, at 10:30 a.m. the same day, Ms. Cao Thi Nhan (born in 1965, residing in Tan Xuan hamlet, Quynh Bang, Quynh Luu) parked her Air Blade motorbike, with license plate 37P6-5337, worth 30 million VND in Chi Thanh hamlet, Quynh Bang commune, Quynh Luu, and was also stolen by a thief.
