Motorbike theft due to carelessness

The incident took place on the morning of November 13, at lane 122, Nguyen Sinh Sac street, block 10, Cua Nam ward (Vinh city). According to Mr. Tran Van Tri, at around 7 am, he and a number of workers went to block 10, Cua Nam ward to build a house for a household. After leaving his red Wave motorbike, with license plate 37H1-4248 on the street, he went into the construction site to work. When he returned a while later, he discovered that his motorbike had disappeared.

Immediately after the incident, Mr. Tran Van Tri reported it to the authorities. Currently, Cua Nam Ward Police are investigating and clarifying the incident.
