At 12:30 PM on August 15th, Pham Ngoc Vinh (born in 1982, residing in Van Loc 1 hamlet, Nghia Loc commune, Nghia Dan district) was drinking alcohol at the house of Nguyen Van Ngoc (in Hai Lao hamlet, Nghia Loc commune, Nghia Dan district). During the drinking session, Vinh got into a fight with Huong (born in 1984, residing in Hai Lao hamlet, Nghia Loc commune, Nghia Dan district).

As a result, Mr. Huong was injured and is currently receiving treatment at the Nghia Loc commune health station. The Nghia Dan district police are investigating the incident.
