The victim was identified as Mr. NTH (born 2001, residing in Go Vap, militia member of Ward 14, Go Vap District).
According to initial information, at around 4:30 p.m. the same day, Mr. H and some neighborhood security guards were on duty to regulate traffic and avoid congestion in front of Pham Van Chieu Secondary School. At this time, a fight broke out between Mr. H and a parent who came to pick up his child. Mr. H was stabbed multiple times by the parent with a weapon and fell to the ground. Mr. H was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment but did not survive. After committing the crime, the person who stabbed Mr. H left his motorbike behind and fled the scene.
