Conflict while singing karaoke, a young man was shot 3 times in the leg

On February 25, Hoang Hoa District Police (Thanh Hoa) prosecuted and detained Truong Xuan Linh (27 years old), Nguyen Ngoc Khanh (25 years old) and four accomplices to clarify the act of illegally using homemade guns to shoot people, causing injuries and disturbing public order.
Authorities said that on the night of February 18, Le Van Tuan in Hoang Giang commune, Hoang Hoa district went to sing karaoke and had a conflict with Linh's group.
Linh called more than 10 of Tuan's followers with homemade guns to his house to retaliate. They shouted and threw bricks and stones, scaring many elderly people and children.
As soon as Mr. Tuan stepped out of the gate, Khanh fired three shots, injuring his leg. After committing the crime, the thugs fled the scene and were arrested a week later.
