Conflict with her husband, a woman was tricked and sold to China
(Baonghean.vn) - Seeing Ms. Duong having conflicts with her husband, Mai and Ven immediately invited her to go to China to work to earn more money, but in reality, they were selling people and taking commissions.
On March 8, the People's Procuracy of Ky Son district approved the decision to prosecute and issue an arrest warrant to temporarily detain Lu Thi Mai (born in 1978), residing in Huoi Tho village, Huu Kiem commune, and Ven Van Thao (born in 1992), residing in Cha Lan village, Huu Lap commune, Ky Son district, for the act of "Human trafficking".
According to investigation documents, around October 2015, Lu Thi Mai discussed with Ven Van Thao to find someone to take them to China to sell for commission, and Thao agreed.
After learning that Moong Thi Duong, born in 1975 (living in the same Cha Lan village) was having a conflict with her husband, Thao lured Duong to China to work and earn a lot of money (but in reality, she was selling her to get married), Duong agreed.

After that, Thao informed Mai that she had found the person, at this time Mai agreed with Thao to receive the person at Xieng Thu intersection, Chieu Luu commune. Two days later, Thao drove Duong to Xieng Thu intersection to hand over to Mai. Mai took a bus to take Duong to Mong Cai border gate, Quang Ninh province, then crossed the border to China and stayed at the house of a woman named Niem.
After a while, Niem sold Duong to a Chinese person for 50,000 yuan. Niem gave Mai 30 million VND and Thao 10 million VND.
