Russian passenger plane crashes in Far East

The Let L-410 plane disappeared from radar screens in the Khabarovsk region near the settlement of Nelkan. There were seven people on board at the time of the accident, a source in the regional emergency services told Sputnik.

Earlier, the news agency's interlocutor reported that there were nine people on board.

"According to preliminary information, the Let L-410 plane made an emergency landing near the runway near Nelkan, there were 7 people on board, including the crew. As a result of the accident, only one child survived. The plane belonged to a local airline," - a private source said.
