American plane had an accident when landing at Tan Son Nhat airport
On the inaugural flight to Tan Son Nhat airport, the inflatable slide of a Kalitta Air (US) plane suddenly opened, causing the next flight to be delayed.

According to Tan Son Nhat International Airport (HCMC), at around 12:30 on August 28, cargo flight K49270 of Kalitta Air (USA) suddenly deployed the 1R door slide. This was the first flight to Tan Son Nhat Airport of this airline.
The incident is considered quite rare because the slide only deploys when the emergency exit is opened when the plane encounters an accident. In recent times, most of the slide deployment incidents have occurred on commercial flights due to passengers opening the emergency exit themselves.
The incident caused the next flight to Incheon Airport (South Korea) of flight K49270 to be delayed. The incident is being clarified.
