Plane nose punctured after hitting... bird
A plane carrying 108 people in Sudan, northwest Africa, collided with a large bird, puncturing the plane's nose and trapping the bird's body inside.

A Tarco Airlines plane carrying 108 people was flying from the capital Khartoum to the city of El Fassher, Sudan, when a large bird crashed through the nose of the plane on September 10.
According to Aviation Herald, the flight crew continued to control to land safely atEl Fassher. A replacement plane was sent for the return flight. The airline said the bird struck the nose of the plane just before it landed at El Fasher.
Usamah Mohamed, who posted the photo on Twitter, said the plane hit an "eagle" and had to make an emergency landing.
