Phuong Thao said: "I like small but warm spaces, so I think the house doesn't need to be too big, just enough. I chose orange-brown tones to make the house feel cozy, with simple, youthful materials and designs to create comfort when returning after a tiring day at work."

The female MC's house was inspired by the wabisabi style. She herself likes tones that bring a cozy, close feeling. After much consideration, Phuong Thao and her husband agreed to paint the house orange-brown. She shared that the completion process took a lot of effort because there was a wall that had to be repainted many times because it could not achieve the desired milk tea brown color.

With a budget of 200 million VND for interior design, she chose to order custom-made furniture to save money and chose mid-range materials.

Limit buying branded goods to invest in your home.

As an MC who regularly appears in public, Phuong Thao's job requires her to take care of her appearance. What few people know is that the girl born in 1997 has no interest in buying branded goods, expensive clothes, or expensive jewelry or cosmetics. "Most of the time, I am sponsored by brands and only use them for work purposes or only buy reasonable, really necessary items," the MC said.

She said: "When you borrow money, the first thing you think about when you receive your salary is to pay off your debt, that's the harsh truth. Shopping is very rare, my husband and I only buy things that are really necessary and have high usage value. Besides that, eating and living expenses also have to be planned more reasonably. For example, before I could eat out at a restaurant 5 times a week, now I only do it 2 times. Saving money also makes me move towards a more minimalist, disciplined and tidy lifestyle."
