Phuong felt that it was both an honor and a risk. An honor to be able to participate in a big project of VFC and also a main role. Risky because she herself had no acting experience, there would certainly be many shortcomings. However, the whole crew helped Phuong complete the role so now she can breathe a sigh of relief.

That girl is like Phuong in being shy, in love but not daring to say it. However, if she doesn't like someone, she is very straightforward and a bit "cruel".

Not long ago, Mai Phuong caused a stir when she submitted her application to compete in Miss Vietnam 2020 but suddenly withdrew at the last minute, leaving many viewers regretful. Why?

As Phuong shared, Phuong was very surprised when her information and image appeared on the Miss Vietnam 2020 contest fanpage. Because of her favor and affection for Phuong, someone sent Phuong's profile to participate in the contest. However, at the time the contest was held, Phuong was busy and could not participate.

Returning to Mai Phuong's main job as MC, what was the biggest obstacle when you started this job?

The biggest obstacle is the local accent. Phuong was born and raised in Hai Phong. So to become an MC, Phuong had to fix her accent for quite a long time.

The first time on air, my heart was pounding, I felt nervous and worried. However, luckily everything went smoothly.

Many people still say that VTV MCs have huge incomes. Is that true?

Phuong doesn't know how different VTV MCs are, but if we just say the job at VTV is not that great (laughs). Working for the state to serve the audience, if we say it's great, the audience will think it's really great. Besides working at VTV, Phuong also does many other jobs.

Fame always comes with scandal, does Mai Phuong think so?

Fame and notoriety go hand in hand. When a person is well known, their life will be in the spotlight. And of course, there will be haters. If there are haters, there will be notoriety.

Phuong thinks the most important thing is to leave an impression on the audience. You have to have your own unique color, so that when the audience thinks of an MC with that color or in that program, they will immediately think of you.

If the movie is successful, does Mai Phuong intend to change careers to become a professional actress?
