Through the investigation and exploitation of Vi Van Toan and some other members of the group, the police have sufficient grounds to confirm that Ms. Hien participated in an illegal drug trafficking ring.
Ms. Hien had a business relationship with Vi Van Toan before Toan went to prison (Toan was imprisoned for 10 years for illegal drug trafficking and was released in mid-2018).
