Inexpensive tips to clean your windshield and prevent streaks when driving against the sun.
The windshield and other car windows will no longer be smudged by wiper marks or dirt from driving against the sun or headlights from oncoming vehicles with a solution of vinegar mixed with water.
Many people are undoubtedly annoyed by wiper marks, dirt, fingerprints, and other marks on their car's windshield when driving against the sun or encountering oncoming headlights. This is especially true when cruising along a scenic route, as these smudges can obstruct visibility and ruin photos taken from inside the car.
Recently, The Sun published a very simple, inexpensive, and easy-to-follow tip for cleaning windshields, recommended by experts at Southampton Gutters.

Accordingly, experts suggest that using white vinegar (rice vinegar) mixed with water in a 1:10 ratio will create an excellent windshield cleaning solution. Not only that, it's also inexpensive, readily available, and especially environmentally friendly.
Experts explain that diluted vinegar solution, being mildly acidic, can effectively neutralize dirt or grease buildup on surfaces, restoring near-perfect clarity to the windshield.
The advantage of this natural acid is that it's not too strong; it only affects dirt and isn't as corrosive as other industrial cleaning agents, thus helping to maintain the durability of the windshield, as well as the windows and rearview mirrors on the car.
Besides white vinegar, experts also suggest other inexpensive methods for cleaning glass surfaces, such as newspaper and black tea, combined with wiping with a microfiber cloth.
