Tips to save time in the kitchen

Peel the banana
We usually peel bananas from the stem down. But that’s not the right way. The best way is to break the banana in half, hold the bottom part and push up.
Reserve ground meat
To store frozen meat, housewives often put the whole piece of meat in the refrigerator, which is a mistake, especially since it is very difficult to defrost. Instead, put the meat in a zip-lock plastic bag, roll it out thinly, and divide it into small portions. Cut as you eat, and defrosting is also faster.
Chill the soft drink cans
Bottled drinks in the refrigerator usually take about 30-40 minutes to get cold enough. But there is a faster way to quench your thirst in just two minutes. That is: put ice cubes, a little salt and water in a bowl, then drop in the can or bottle of soda. Use a spoon to stir clockwise for about two minutes and you will have a can of cold chilled drink.
Peel the cooked potatoes
You usually use a knife to peel boiled potatoes. Try soaking the potatoes in water at about 10 degrees Celsius for 1 minute as soon as they are cooked. Then, just gently peel the potatoes with your hands. This way, you won't have to wait too long for them to cool down before peeling, and the potatoes will still be in their original shape.
Pour tomato sauce, chili sauce
When ketchup, chili sauce... is almost gone, we often tilt the bottle vertically and use our hand to tap the bottom to let the sauce flow out. A neater way is to just tilt the bottle 30 degrees on your wrist and the sauce will slowly flow out without having to tap hard to make it splash.
Peel the egg
When you boil an egg, do you crack the shell and peel it off? A quicker way is to peel the egg from both ends, hold one end close to your hand, and blow hard with your mouth.
