After investigating the incident, it was found that this information lacked credibility. Doctor Pham Van Long - Deputy Director of Nghe An General Hospital 115 said: On October 2-3, the hospital did not receive any emergency patients due to eating spicy noodles.

Doctor Tran Thi Hong Thanh, Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology at the Provincial General Hospital, said: Eating too much spicy food will irritate the stomach lining, causing stomach pain and vomiting. If a customer goes into shock and faints, it is definitely due to another cause.

Currently, in Vinh city, there are quite a few newly opened Korean spicy noodle shops. Mr. Ho Van Nam - Head of the Health Department, Vinh city said: There are 02 shops that have been inspected and granted food safety certificates.
Doctor Tran Thi Hong Thanh warns: First of all, 7-level spicy noodles are actually fast food. And fast food is not good for your health. Besides, if you eat too spicy, it will cause burning sensation in your lips, tongue, mouth, esophagus, stomach and digestive tract, increasing the risk of stomach ulcers or flaring up old ulcers in your stomach, even when defecating, it will cause a burning sensation in the anus, increasing the risk of acne on the body.
The origin of the spicy ingredient used to make the level 7 spicy noodles is currently a major concern for consumers. The dyed red chili powder may contain sudan or the moldy fresh chili powder may contain aflatoxin, both of which can cause poisoning and cancer. /.
Doctor Hoang Thuong, Center for Health Education and Communication of Nghe An province recommends: Many scientific studies have shown that - Common cancers such as esophageal cancer, stomach cancerAll of these have a “contribution” to eating too much spicy food. Eating too much spicy food will cause the digestive juices in the stomach to be secreted massively, causing the gallbladder to increase its capacity, making it difficult for bile to be secreted, which can easily cause cholecystitis and gallstones. Eating too much spicy food is also harmful to the kidneys. People with stomach ulcers, hemorrhoids, irritable bowel syndrome or taking anticoagulants should limit spicy foods. People with high blood pressure or tuberculosis should not eat spicy food because spicy food stimulates blood circulation, making the heart beat faster, creating a burden on the cardiovascular system. Pregnant women or breastfeeding women should not eat chili, because it affects the fetus as well as the quality of milk for the baby. |
