Due to the influence of cold air, there will be scattered rain in the Northern and North Central provinces. From tomorrow (March 10), the Central Central provinces will have scattered rain and thunderstorms in some places. The wind will change direction to Northeast level 3 inland, level 4-5 in coastal areas.

From tonight, in the Gulf of Tonkin, the wind will change direction to strong northeast level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9; from tomorrow, in the North East Sea (including the waters of Hoang Sa archipelago), there will be strong northeast wind level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9.
