Cold in the North, showers in the Central region

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on February 12, due to the influence of cold air, in the North and Central East Sea (including the waters of Hoang Sa archipelago), the waters from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau will have strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9.

It is forecasted that in the next 2 days (from February 12-13), this area will continue to have strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9, and rough seas.
