The strong cold air continues to strengthen, causing the temperature in many places in the North to not exceed 10 degrees Celsius. From next week, the temperature in the region will gradually increase.
Compared to yesterday, on the morning of January 21, the temperature in the North decreased by 1-2 degrees Celsius. The lowest was Mau Son (Lang Son) at 4 degrees Celsius, followed by Sa Pa (Lao Cai) at 8 degrees Celsius, and Trung Khanh (Cao Bang) at 12 degrees Celsius.
At 7am this morning, Hanoi's measuring stations recorded a common temperature of 16 degrees Celsius. At 10am, this temperature was still maintained. The highest temperature today is forecasted to be only 18-19 degrees Celsius.
The meteorological agency forecasts that today's lowest temperature will be 14-16 degrees Celsius in the plains and below 10 degrees Celsius in the highlands.

The above weather pattern will last until tomorrow. From next week, the temperature in the North will gradually increase by 1-2 degrees each day, with the highest daily temperature reaching 20-22 degrees Celsius.
At sea, due to the impact of cold air, in the Gulf of Tonkin and off the Central coast, strong northeast winds of level 5-6, gusting to level 7-8, will be maintained. Offshore areas of the South, North and Central East Sea (including the waters of the Hoang Sa archipelago), strong northeast winds of level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9 will be maintained.
