At that time, an elderly woman was riding a bicycle on Nguyen Van Cu Street from Nguyen Sy Sach Street. At that moment, the driver of a KIA Morning parked on the side of the road suddenly opened the door, hitting the bicycle, causing the person and bicycle to fall onto the road.
Immediately after, the driver of the KIA Morning, a middle-aged woman, got out of the car to ask about the situation. Fortunately, the cyclist only suffered minor injuries and was able to stand up and continue driving.
