Royal Enfield Himalaya Classic Motorcycle Priced at $5,207

Possessing a classic design, the Royal Enfield Himalaya motorcycle model is considered a new choice for adventure travelers.

While the Royal Enfield Himalaya 2016 has not yet "warmed up" in the Indonesian market, this model continues to be introduced by Royal Enfield in Australia with a price of 5,207 USD, including taxes.

Royal Enfield says the Himalayan will be a key product in its new Australian strategy, making adventure travel more accessible to younger customers.

Displayed at the Melbourne Moto Expo 2016, Australia. The classic design of the Royal Enfield Himalayan reminds many people of the models born in 1949. Every detail on the vehicle is designed quite simply but very sturdy, suitable for moving on many complex terrains.

The frame of the Royal Enfield Himalayan is manufactured by the British partner Harris Performance. In addition, this Adventure touring model is equipped with a 21-inch front wheel, a 17-inch rear wheel, and a seat height of about 800 mm.

Powering the Royal Enfield Himalaya is a new 411cc single-cylinder L410 engine that produces 24.5 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and 32 Nm of torque at 4,500 rpm. This power is transmitted through a 5-speed gearbox. The fuel tank has a capacity of 15 liters, allowing the bike to travel a maximum distance of 450 km.

Royal Enfield says the new engine helps the Himalaya meet Euro 4 emissions standards.
