How did Mobifone's purchase of AVG cause a loss of more than 7 trillion VND?
Mobifone "thought" it bought AVG for 7,000 billion VND cheaper than AMAX's valuation, but the Government Inspectorate concluded that the loss in the Mobifone-AVG deal was 7,006 billion VND. Why?
