Moscow is preparing to retaliate by expelling Russian diplomats.
The actions of Western countries - the expulsion of Russian diplomats because of the "Skripal case", - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.

"There is no rush. We approach this issue in a measured, well-founded manner," Ryabkov said in response to a question about when Russia will announce retaliatory measures against the expulsion of Russian diplomats and the closure of the Russian Consulate General in the United States.
In Salisbury, England, on March 4, former intelligence colonel Sergei Skripal, who worked for the British special services, and his daughter Yulia were poisoned. The British side asserted that the Russian State was involved in the "poisoning" of Skripal with substance A234, which they consider to be equivalent to "Novichok". Russia firmly denies all allegations of involvement in the "Skripal case".
