Speaking at the launching ceremony, after offering flowers to Uncle Ho's Statue, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Pham Tuan Vinh - Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union stated 3 requirements for the activities to welcome the Provincial Youth Union Congress: "Propagate widely the stature, significance, and results of the implementation of the movements and revolutionary action programs of the Youth Union, and the results of the implementation of the Resolutions of the Youth Union Congresses at all levels, term 2012 - 2017. Fully reflect the thoughts and aspirations of the majority of young people living and working in the province to the Congress.

Deploy a peak emulation campaign to achieve achievements to welcome the congress, from September 11 to October 11, 2017; each Youth Union level must carry out at least 01 youth project to welcome the Congress.

Activities must be organized in accordance with local and unit conditions, ensuring efficiency, economy, and spreading from the province to the grassroots, mobilizing the participation of a large number of cadres, union members, youth and social forces.

In response to Traffic Safety Month 2017, the Provincial Youth Union Secretary also requested that the Youth Union members in the whole province implement well the following contents: Strengthening propaganda activities, popularizing traffic safety laws in the activities of the Youth Union branches, associations, and teams; including the content of the Youth Union participating in ensuring traffic safety and order as an annual emulation criterion of the Youth Union chapters at all levels; violations of traffic safety and order by Youth Union members will be included in the annual evaluation and classification of Youth Union members.

Promote the implementation of the campaign "Youth with traffic culture". Proactively advise Party committees and authorities at all levels on the coordination program of the Youth Union with organizations, departments, branches and unions in ensuring traffic safety and order, maintaining social order and safety. Timely commend, reward, propagate and disseminate typical examples of young people, models and exemplary teams of the Youth Union, Association and Team.
