Each Real player received more than 1 million dollars in bonuses.
Real Madrid are set to pay their players for winning four titles in 2017.
Captain Sergio Ramos and his vice-captains had agreed with the board that each player would receive a bonus of $1.8 million for winning the Champions League and La Liga last season. For the two European Super Cups and the Spanish Super Cup, the bonus was an additional $300,000.
On November 28, after taxes, each player received about 1.2 million. Real also gave each member an additional 130,000 dollars as a Christmas bonus.

It is no surprise that Real Madrid players received big bonuses. The achievement of successfully defending the Champions League is unprecedented in history. This is also the first time Real Madrid have won the European Championship twice in a row since the 1950s.
In addition to the Champions League, Real also won La Liga for the first time after a five-year wait. This is the title that the Bernabeu team has won the most with a record 33 times.
In mid-2017, Real added the European Super Cup to their tally when they defeated Man Utd 2-1. Not long after, Zidane's team beat Barca in both Spanish Super Cup matches.
In December, Real will participate in the FIFA Club World Cup, a tournament in which they are the defending champions.
