Implementing the Resolution of the Nghe An Newspaper Party Congress and the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term, the Nghe An Newspaper Party Committee has developed a program and action plan for the entire term and for each year with a focus on leading the implementation of the agency's professional tasks, which is to improve the quality of propaganda on Nghe An Newspaper publications, ensuring the correct principles and purposes of the Party newspaper, contributing to the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the administration of the authorities at all levels for the common development of the province.

The Party Committee of the unit has led the completion of the Project to build a converged newsroom, put the new CMS version of Nghe An electronic newspaper into operation, creating a new turning point in the quality and development of Nghe An Newspaper; contributing to maintaining the top position in the Party newspaper system nationwide.

In the past 3 years of implementing the Congress Resolution (2015 - 2018), Nghe An Newspaper has had more than 90 works winning national press awards, provincial press awards, and industry awards, and for 3 consecutive years, Nghe An Newspaper has been classified as a unit that has excellently completed its tasks.

In particular, at the end of 2015, Nghe An Newspaper was honored to be awarded the title of Heroic Labor Unit in the renovation period by the President.

Along with focusing on leading the implementation of the agency's professional tasks, the Nghe An Newspaper Party Committee also focuses on leading the Party building work, in terms of politics, ideology, organization and ethics through seriously implementing the Resolutions, Directives, Plans, and Projects of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committees of provincial-level agencies; especially the Central Resolution 4 of the 11th and 12th terms associated with Directive 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; Central Resolution 6 (12th term).

Concluding the conference, Party Secretary and Editor-in-Chief Pham Thi Hong Toan emphasized a number of targets and tasks from now until the end of the term, along with leadership and direction solutions from the Party Committee, striving to complete the goals and tasks of the entire congress term in terms of professional work and Party building.

To successfully fulfill this requirement, Party Secretary Pham Thi Hong Toan affirmed that Party members must be the core, leading, and exemplary pioneers in terms of capacity, professional qualifications, political mettle, and moral qualities; truly creating a ripple effect for the masses to follow.

Comrade Pham Thi Hong Toan also directed the Party Committee and Party cells to strengthen the work of training positive factors to recruit Party members, striving to achieve the target of recruiting Party members for the entire term.
