Real estate brokers receive progressive salaries and billion-dollar year-end commissions

Thus, if the sales of the broker bring in 1.6-2 billion VND per year, the monthly salary will reach 16-20 million VND. If the amount received in advance is 4 million VND, the estimated compensation will be 12-16 million VND per month. In the case of brokers receiving a compensation salary of tens of millions of VND per month or more, the cumulative fixed salary income at the end of the year will amount to hundreds of millions of VND.

Considering the total income of the excellent and good brokers of this enterprise including: progressive salary, compensation, commission and Tet bonus reaching one billion VND, an average growth of 25-35% compared to 2015.
