Real estate brokers receive progressive salaries and billion-dollar year-end commissions

A real estate consulting and marketing company in District 5, Ho Chi Minh City has just summarized the commission payment (brokerage fee) with compensation salary (increased progressively according to sales) and Tet bonus for brokers up to one billion VND.

The company's leaders revealed that about 20% of brokers (estimated at about 40 people) reach the threshold of annual income from 700-800 million VND to billions of VND for 12 months of work. The annual commission for brokers is in the top 500-700 million VND, the average Tet bonus is 2-3 months of salary. The formula is as follows: basic salary paid in advance is 4 million VND per month, but if the annual sales reach 1 billion VND or more, the salary will increase progressively to 10 million VND per month or more. Thus, if the broker's sales are 1.6-2 billion VND per year, the monthly salary will be 16-20 million VND. If the amount received in advance is 4 million VND, the estimated compensation will be 12-16 million VND per month. In the case of brokers receiving a compensation salary of tens of millions of VND per month or more, the cumulative fixed salary income at the end of the year will amount to hundreds of millions of VND.

Considering the total income of this company's excellent and good brokers, including: progressive salary, commission and Tet bonus, it reached one billion VND, an average growth of 25-35% compared to 2015.
