Traditional Chinese medicine holds that hair is an excess of blood, the kidneys store essence, and essence produces blood; therefore, hair is a vibrant outward manifestation of the kidneys. Lesson 1 - Every day, consume 50g of black beans stewed with pork bones as a soup.

Alternatively, take 250g of black beans, 100g of black sesame seeds, 30 ginkgo nuts, and 150g of Polygonum multiflorum, roast them until cooked, grind them into a fine powder, store in a sealed jar, and consume 30g daily.

Recipe 3 - Prepared Polygonum multiflorum 12g, Ligustrum lucidum 12g, Morus alba (ripe mulberry fruit) 12g, Polygonum multiflorum 10g. Dry all ingredients, grind into powder, steep in boiling water in a sealed container for about 20 minutes, then use as a tea substitute throughout the day.

Uses: Nourishes Yin, strengthens the liver and kidneys, used for people with premature graying of hair accompanied by symptoms such as fatigue, frequent headaches and dizziness, decreased vision, back and knee pain, forgetfulness, poor sleep, etc.

Recipe 4 - 20g Polygonum multiflorum, 250g pork liver, 30g wood ear mushrooms, 50g cabbage, vegetable oil and seasonings to taste. Boil the Polygonum multiflorum thoroughly, strain the liquid and discard the residue; wash the pork liver thoroughly, cut into pieces, season, and fry briefly over high heat; wash and julienne the cabbage and wood ear mushrooms. Add the pork liver to the Polygonum multiflorum decoction and simmer for a short time, then add the cabbage and wood ear mushrooms, continue to boil for a few minutes, season to taste, and serve as a daily soup.

Recipe 5 - Ophiopogon japonicus (remove core) 120g, Asparagus cochinchinensis 30g, Panax ginseng 15g, Rehmannia glutinosa (raw) 60g, Rehmannia glutinosa (processed) 30g, Lycium barbarum 30g, Polygonum multiflorum 60g, Achyranthes bidentata 15g, Angelica sinensis 30g. All ingredients are dried, chopped, and soaked in 5000 ml of white wine. After 30 days, it is ready to use. Drink 20 ml twice daily.
