Vietnamese street food among the world's best desserts
Recently, the famous culinary website Taste Atlas announced the 100 best donut desserts in the world, including a representative from Vietnam.
According toTaste Atlas, although it is called "orange cake", this Vietnamese dish does not have any orange flavor in it, because the name is based on the shape of the cake.
The orange cake is made from glutinous rice flour and filled with sweet mung bean paste. Once shaped into a ball, the cake is rolled in a layer of sesame seeds and then fried until golden brown.

In addition, in the northern provinces of Vietnam, visitors can also enjoy other versions of donuts such as donuts with molasses, sugar or donuts with savory fillings and stir-fried meat with wood ear mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms, which are extremely delicious.

This is a familiar snack of Vietnamese people, sold in many markets or sidewalk vendors.
