This year's laziness contest is the 5th time it has been held at the Ethno Village resort, with a prize of 200 euros for the winner.

Held on October 15th, this is the fifth year that Ethno Village resort has organized a contest to find the laziest person in the country. Like any other contest, the laziness contest has simple rules, but they are strictly followed.

Accordingly, participants will be given a mattress and simply lie down on it. They can do whatever they want, from eating and sleeping to using their phones and computers.

The rule of the game is to lie down and not stand up, even if the player wants to go to the bathroom. If a player stands up, it means they have given up.

Last year, a Bosnian man won with 33 hours and 30 minutes of lounging on a mattress. However, the record for the competition still belongs to Marko Djurovic, set in 2014 with 37 hours of lazily lying on a mattress.

This year, this humor contest for tourists was held ahead of the parliamentary elections in Montenegro. Therefore, the organizers joked that perhaps all the representatives of the major political parties should participate in the contest to both relax and earn a little money to cover their campaigning costs.
