The Chairman of Nghi Loc District People's Committee has just decided to temporarily suspend a commune People's Committee Chairman due to lack of responsibility in directing, managing and operating work.
According to information from the leaders of Nghi Loc District Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee met and agreed to suspend Mr. Vo Trong Tinh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Nghi Trung Commune People's Committee due to lack of responsibility in directing, managing and operating work. The temporary suspension period for Mr. Tinh is from April 3, 2025 to April 8, 2025.

Mr. Vo Trong Tinh was suspended from work in the context that localities are focusing on implementing the arrangement of administrative units at all levels and building two-level local governments under the direction of the Politburo and the Secretariat.
Nghi Loc District Party Committee leaders said that in the context of administrative unit reorganization, some cadres and civil servants have shown laxity in performing their professional duties. To rectify the above situation, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has focused on directing resolutely and synchronously to raise the awareness, attitude and spirit of serving the people and businesses of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees in the area. At the same time, resolutely rectifying cadres who lack responsibility in managing work in order to strictly implement discipline and administrative discipline, proactively handling work with the highest sense of responsibility.

Previously, on March 25, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh signed and issued Document No. 2259/UBND-KSTT on rectifying the observance of discipline and administrative discipline at agencies and units in the province and sent it to directors of departments, heads of provincial-level branches and sectors; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns.
In the document, comrade Le Hong Vinh stated that in the process of implementing the policy of not organizing at the district level and continuing to merge administrative units at the commune level, there are still a number of cadres, civil servants and public employees at the district and commune levels who work half-heartedly, are in a decline, have a poor sense of responsibility and work attitude, affecting the prestige, effectiveness and efficiency of State agencies.
In order to promptly rectify the observance of discipline and administrative discipline in agencies and units and improve the effectiveness of consulting and state management of investment in the province, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province requested that leaders at all levels, branches, agencies and units must be proactive, enhance their responsibilities, focus on directing the assigned tasks of the year and urgent tasks to develop and promulgate specific and scientific work programs and plans for each month, quarter and week.
Periodically, it is necessary to organize a review and clear assessment of the achieved results, content, and uncompleted tasks associated with the public service responsibilities of each collective and individual, considering this as a criterion for evaluation, classification, arrangement, assignment, and screening of cadres, civil servants, and public employees in the coming time.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the directors of departments, heads of provincial-level branches and sectors, and Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to strictly direct and take responsibility before the Provincial People's Committee for the implementation of the above contents.
