After a hard day of training, the late afternoon is the time for young soldiers to have fun together, to share their personal lives with new friends. To help new soldiers feel secure and mentally strong in the first days of getting used to the military environment, the officers in charge of training must always be close, intimate, and care for each soldier like a brother, a close friend.
