In which, the two forces of Urban Order Police and Urban Order are the core. The main task of the team is to organize patrols, control, and handle violations of encroachment and re-encroachment of traffic safety, urban order, and environmental sanitation. At Ga Market (Le Loi Ward), the situation of encroachment on sidewalks and roads, although the authorities have been mobilized to clear them many times, is still complicated. Upon arrival, the Rapid Response Team drew up a record to temporarily detain many people's carts for violating urban order. Photo: Pham Bang |

When they saw the presence of the authorities, many people took their carts deeper into the market to hide. However, with a determined spirit, the authorities still made a record, temporarily seized the evidence and asked the people to go to the authorities to handle it according to regulations. In the area in front of the Provincial General Hospital, although the army has been mobilized to clear the corridor and restore urban order, many people still deliberately "procrastinate" and do not comply. After many propagandas, on the afternoon of August 21, the Rapid Response Team made a record and temporarily confiscated the people's tables and chairs. Photo: Pham Bang |

After the record is made, the people will go directly to the Vinh City Urban Order Team to receive the decision on administrative penalty and have the tools taken home. According to Major Phan Hien - Deputy Captain of the Order Police Team (Vinh City Police), these are cases of resistance and non-cooperation with the authorities, so strong measures must be taken to deter and prevent recurrence.
