According to locals, Ms. VTK was born in 1986, lives in Dom 2 village, has a husband and 2 children, but because of an unplanned pregnancy, she is 4 months pregnant. BecauseDue to family circumstances and not wanting to have another child, on the afternoon of March 14, Ms. K went to Ms. D.TT, who lives in Ban 2 village in the same commune, to have an abortion.
Mrs. T used a stick to poke straight into Ms. K's uterus, causing the fetus to abort. Ms. K was then taken home by her family. Not long after, Ms. K felt pain. The next morning, her family discovered that Ms. K was in severe pain and immediately took her to the Quy Chau District Medical Center, and then transferred to Tay Bac Hospital. However, upon arriving at the hospital, Ms. K had died.
