On the morning of March 20th, the authorities of Hamlet 4, Quynh My Commune, announced that they had coordinated with the family to bury 20-year-old Nguyen Van Huu (commonly known as Coc) and lay him to rest.

The day before, Mr. Cuong's family was away at work, and when they returned in the evening, they discovered their son had been electrocuted to death by a faulty drill.
