(Baonghean.vn) - Located nearly 15km from the commune center, Noọng Ó village in Hữu Lập commune (Kỳ Sơn district) still faces many difficulties and hardships. It is almost completely isolated from the outside world.

This is one of the reasons limiting the socio-economic development of nearly 100 Thai ethnic minority households in this remote village.
