According to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, the reason Ms. Thuy was disciplined was because recently she and her family borrowed large sums of money from individuals and credit institutions, but did not repay the debt on time, repeatedly avoided paying, and were fined for overdue interest.
In addition, when reporting, explaining and reviewing party members, Ms. Thuy was not honest and did not declare her debts completely.
According to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Ms. Thuy's violations have affected the leadership role of the Party organization... caused negative public opinion, giving rise to complaints and reflections; lack of responsibility, failure to set an example for cadres and Party members...
With the above serious violations, immediately after being disciplined with a warning, Ms. Thuy was also proposed by the Standing Committee of Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee to the competent party organization to dismiss her from the position of Provincial Party Committee member.
