Man Utd coach believes his players have different attitudes after the team failed to win their last three matches.

"Every player is different, no one is the same. I see different actions, but what you see is not really what is going on inside," Jose Mourinho commented on the current state of the Man Utd dressing room after rumors of internal conflict.

In their last two Premier League games, Man Utd drew with Wolves and lost to West Ham. They have dropped to 10th place. Last week, Mourinho's team also lost to First Division Derby County and were eliminated in the third round of the English League Cup.

When asked if he was worried if his team's poor form continued, Mourinho replied: "No".

Commenting on the players' attitude, Mourinho said: "I saw some sad players, some players who didn't look like they had just lost a game. I saw it neither good nor bad, but in the two light training sessions since Saturday, everything was normal, the desire to train and play was normal."

"I can do something to improve the current jobs and I will improve the things that depend on me and my work," Mourinho affirmed.

Recently, defender Luke Shaw described Man Utd's performance in the loss to West Ham as "terrible" and "so bad". Commenting on his student's statement, Mourinho said: "What he meant was: 'We are players on the pitch, we have to show, we have to try harder'. I like that point of view but I don't completely agree. This is a common problem, everyone at the club has their role. When we win, everyone wins. When we lose, the whole team loses. And when we lose, it is the responsibility of all members."
