Regarding the content of checking the reception, management and use of funds, it is considered an in-depth topic to promptly detect, prevent and promptly correct errors (if any), not "looking for a needle in a haystack".
Therefore, inspection teams are required to jointly handle errors or violations when they discover them, avoiding the situation of "making a big deal out of a small thing" or "making a big deal out of a small thing", treating mistakes as nothing; and at the same time avoiding the tendency of "sitting around and looking at flowers while riding a horse".
