The Provincial Fatherland Front has deployed inspections of the reception, management and use of mobilized funds.

On the morning of April 14, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province held an online conference at 21 district-level points and 460 commune-level points to deploy the mid-term inspection plan on the implementation of the Resolution of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at all levels, term 2019 - 2024; the work of receiving, managing and using mobilized funds; emulation and reward work in 2022. Accordingly, the inspection period starts from April 21 to July 15, 2022. The inspection content focuses on the implementation of the targets, tasks and solutions of the Congress Resolution.Vietnam Fatherland FrontVietnam district level, term 2019 - 2024 proposed and results of implementation of contents and programs deployed by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

Inspect the reception, management and use of socialized fund sources from the beginning of 2019 to the end of 2021. Including the Tet for the Poor Program; Fund for the Poor; Program to support the construction of great solidarity houses; Program to support sustainable livelihoods to escape poverty; Fund for epidemic prevention and controlCovid-19Relief Fund.

The inspection subjects include the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the "For the Poor" Fund Mobilization Committee, the District and Commune Relief Funds, and a number of related agencies, units, and individuals.

Of these, 7 district-level units were comprehensively inspected for the above contents and the remaining 14 units focused on inspecting the reception, management and use of mobilized funds.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee also set out the requirement that the mid-term inspection of the implementation of the Resolution of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at all levels must ensure comprehensiveness and accuracy; discover new and effective models and methods that need to be promoted and replicated; and content that needs to be overcome.

Promote the application of information technology in the work of the Front; movements and campaigns "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods"; the Fatherland Front participates in Party building, government building, monitoring and criticism activities of the Fatherland Front and its members...

Through inspection, it is also necessary to receive suggestions and proposals from the grassroots to organize activities and movements in the remaining half of the term more effectively.

Regarding the content of inspection of the reception, management and use of fund sources, it is considered an in-depth topic to promptly detect, prevent and promptly correct errors (if any), not "looking for a needle in a haystack".

Therefore, inspection teams are required to jointly handle errors or violations when they discover them, avoiding the situation of "making a mountain out of a molehill" or "making a mountain out of a molehill", treating mistakes as if they were nothing; and at the same time, avoiding the tendency of "sitting around and watching the flowers".

Inspection teams must take full responsibility before their superiors and before the law for the inspection results, especially if there are violations that are not detected or detected but not reported or recommended for handling.

Also at the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee also disseminated the Decision to amend and supplement the emulation and reward regulations of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, term XIV, 2019 - 2022; the system of criteria for scoring, classification, emulation and reward for collectives and individuals in the Fatherland Front system in 2022.
