'Broom Hat' - Strange Fashion at Milan Fashion Week

One of the strangest styles that cannot be ignored is the “broom hat” from the fashion house Emilio Pucci. Designer Massio Giorgetti stunned the audience when he introduced a new collection with a giant hat that covered the face.

In fact, this hat model has appeared in Pucci's collection since the 50s of the last century. However, the new version of the hat continues to surprise viewers.

With the crown covering the entire head and the fringe covering the model’s neck, the strange shape of the hat inevitably reminded people of a broom. And perhaps the biggest question that lingered with fashionistas when witnessing this performance was: How did the model see the road?

The collection deserves to be in the second place in terms of "weirdness" from the brand Marques' Almeida. Shiny silver fabric, faux fur coat and pointed “winged” leather shoes, the combination of too many unrelated details created one of the most “unique” and “weird” outfits on the Milan catwalk.

Besides the short tank top worn over the shirt, this Prada outfit also attracts attention with its flower-adorned plastic sandals – a fashion trend that took Vietnam by storm in the 1990s of the last century.

Whether it’s a trench coat, a dress, a skirt or a Chinese collar shirt, Prada’s designers combine any outfit with large plastic sandals in a variety of vibrant colors. With this collection, Prada seems to be proving the rise of a series of flat shoes that bring maximum comfort to the wearer, instead of the proud, elaborate high heels.
